Over the span of my twenty-year career, I've honed my expertise in one of the nation's top tourist destinations: the French Quarter of New Orleans. While there, I gathered extensive experience in every aspect of bars, restaurants, and nightclubs, including coordinating security, team-building, multi-unit management, launch of new brands & brand establishment, and operational finances.

At the height of my tenure, I oversaw the operation of four distinct brands, over one-hundred team members, with annual revenue exceeding $12 million. Capitalizing on this rich experience, I designed a comprehensive management system specifically tailored to the unique needs and challenges of the hospitality industry.

I founded Impression Hospitality with the goal of empowering small and mid-size businesses within this sector. My aim is to help streamline operations, foster team productivity, curtail employee turnover, and boost revenue growth.
